In this phase, animators are provided with animation tools with which they can interact in a relaxed manner, just as normal puppeteers do with their puppets.

Once the models are approved, they go into the rigging phase (creating a skeleton that allows the animator to easily control the character) and texture painting, and the model that has gone through all of these phases moves on to animation and final rendering. Some models go back to the modelers to correct errors that are clearly visible in the lighting and animation.
